We are in the middle of the summer, when many cleaning service businesses are struggling with  the bad economic situation and also have to face the increased rescheduling and cancellation processes due to vacation time. Those, who provide mostly recurring services, may lose up to 30% of their clients. That is unacceptable in the period, when every customer is worth 3 times more than five years ago. It is difficult to fill the gaps in your schedule and keep your employees busy all week long.

There is time, when they are not only use their vacation for trips. Some of them do need the renovation in their houses or they are in the buying process on the new properties. Those are your potential customers who will need your service if you allow them to find you.

 

You should start planning your summer campaign at least two month before.

The regular ads in the newspaper are not enough. Some of the customers can come back to you or refer your service to the friends. Don’t forget to remain your former customers about your service after the summer time.
