Spring Cleaning - Part 2

May 21st, 2009

Second step – you must change something.

You need to know exactly what you are going to fight against. And you opponent is your problem. What could it be? Your intrusive mother-in-law, your partner who doesn’t see your needs, your parents whom it is hard to satisfy, friends who don’t respect your privacy, colleagues from work who abuse your good will and ambition, and finally a domineering boss who never appreciates your efforts. Or maybe you have a problem with expressing your own opinion and  you would like to be a part of the crowd, rather than expose your person. Maybe you think everything in your life will goes its own way if you act based on someone’s advice and guidance but not on your own. Only you know, what your problem concerns, what hurts, and what doesn’t allow you to enjoy your life. You need to change that.

Third step - Order of precedence.

Consider, what is important to you. If your priorities don’t consist of your needs and your happiness, try to attach them. Because in contrast to wipe dust and wash windows, putting your affairs can not be done in so quickly. You need to know where you want to start from and what bothers you in the normal life. In creating a plan of action do not forget one thing – your loved ones. If you already want to clean up your life, you must do in such a way as not to offend people’s feeling you are closed to and do not cause ant trouble. The conversation is able to help more than yell out expression of negative emotions. Your loved friends will support you and understand your needs, if you only to allow them to.

Spring Cleaning

April 9th, 2009

Spring cleaning time has come. What is coming to your mind regarding  the term ’spring cleaning’?

First you need to think of the washing of windows, waxing the floors, thoroughly vacuuming all the angles, maybe repainting during the segregation unnecessary things. Contrary to appearances, looking for spring cleanup and restoring order to your daily life, it is not too much difference.

Suffocating dust.

There is a moment , when you start wondering whether you are satisfied with your life or if the way, you go though, is the one appropriate. Or maybe you feel that life is running out of control. The problems at work, the family issues can make you so frustrated and sometimes you reach the conclusion that it is something wrong in your life. You are not able to enjoy the moments which bring you satisfaction and pleasure. You don’t feel the strong and optimistic energy in your life. There is a lack of breath to overcome your daily toil. You are aware of as an insufficient amount of time you spend with yourself. You can not truly love your family if you don’t love yourself and don’t care of your soul. You know that choosing a compromise as a good solution for all would not be the best for you. Do you plan to continue in that state, or perhaps you want to make a difference? Remember, spring is the perfect time to improve your existing life.

First step – thinking does not hurt

Fear of change accompanies many people. I’m afraid to touch the topic, because what will be after. I’m afraid to change anything, because I don’t know if this is really worth. Time goes by and you are stuck in your life being scared to make a move to improve the quality of existence. There is the most important step to take an internal monologue. If you don’t do this and if you don’t figure out where problems are and what you want to change in your life, don’t count on a someone’s help. This is dirty and tough job, but you can’t alienate yourself, because it is just beginning. If you try to get your life in order and if you want to start and end each day with a sense of harmony with yourself, you can’t give up in the first few days…..
